It is at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec that the talented Annie Bahl exploded into the culinary art scene. She is very passionate about cooking! Chef Annie is always on the lookout for wonderful flavor components that make the difference. Her travels have allowed her to gain great experience in vegetarian, Asian and international cuisine.

Chef Annie believes that consuming local foods is essential for an eco-friendly lifestyle. As a culinary teacher, Chef Annie Bahl delivers her recipes, techniques and culinary tips in the privacy of your own home, business or school.

Here she is taping a show for the poultry farmers of Quebec.  Chef Annie Bahl usually works behind the cameras as a food stylist, but this time, she has taken the spotlight!
